Georgia Lapkovitch, 50, of 125 Ash St., Lewinston, was arrested on Feb. 1, and charged with theft and financial card fraud

Kenneth Roberts, 51, of 636 Lakeshore Drive, Jasper, was arrested on Jan. 30, and charged with possession of marijuana less than 1oz.

Romeo Rosario, 31, of 509 Willow St., Chattanooga, was arrested on Jan. 30, and charged with driving without a license and move over law.

Charles Harris, 19, of 714 Henderson St., Rossville, was arrested on Jan. 31, and charged with suspended registration and no valid insurance.

Derrick Laney, 18, of 5 Delores Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Jan. 30, and charged with underage consumption.

Leonard Williams III, 18, of 82 Ridgewood Drive, Chickamauga, was arrested on Jan. 30, and charged with underage consumption and loitering and prowling.

Miquel Martinez, 17, of 237 Cloud Springs Road, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Jan. 30, and charged with underage consumption.

Benny Lopez, 24, of 374 Park Ave., Trion, was arrested on Jan. 31, and charged with driving without a license.

George Gomez, 28, of 374 Park Ave., Trion, was arrested on Jan. 31, and charged with driving without a license.

Shannon Hilburn, 23, of 9166 Highway 151, LaFayette, was arrested on Feb. 1, on a warrant from Walker County

Christina Dockery, 35, of 909 Gilbert Lane, LaFayette, was arrested on Feb. 1, and charged with shoplifting.

Timothy Tindale, 32, of 1557 Straight Gut Road, Rock Springs, was arrested on Feb. 1, and charged with probation violation.

Jason Browning, 26, of 450 Schmitt Road, Rossville, was arrested on Feb. 2, and charged with driving while license suspended.

Nathanial Smith, 34, of 1830 Fant Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Feb. 3, and charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, obstruction of 911 call, criminal trespass, and obstruction.

Perry Brannon, 17, of 54 Waverly Drive, Rossville, was arrested on Feb. 3, and charged with criminal trespass.

Chase Kinzalow, 17, of 2404 Community Place, Ooltewah, was arrested on Feb. 3, and charged with shoplifting.

Brian Murphy, 36, of 222 Guinn Road, Wildwood, was arrested on Feb. 3, and charged with failure to appear.

Stephen Sweet, 28, of 13 Ashton Court, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Feb. 4, and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
