The public is invited to attend a political candidates forum hosted by the Walker County Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 6:30 p.m. at the Civic Center in Rock Spring.

Candidates running for the following offices have been invited to speak at the event: LaFayette City Council, LaFayette mayor, Chickamauga Board of Education, Chickamauga City Council and LaFayette municipal judge.

The candidates will be given three minutes to address the audience and respond to a question that has been prepared specifically to his or her race by the Chamber’s governmen-tal affairs committee.

After the forum, the candidates and the public are invited to attend a small meet-and-greet in which the public can talk with the candidates and ask any questions they may have.
