Gordon Lee athletes won eight events and had 11 runner-up finishes to capture the region title with 216 points.
Bremen (143) was a distant second while Bowdon (59) and Mount Zion (16) rounded out the field.
The top two finishers in each event qualify for the Class A state meet in Albany next month.
Brittny Morgan qualified in three events. Morgan won the 800 meters (2:37.71) and the 300-meter hurdles (51.66) while placing second in the high jump (4-10).
Four more Lady Trojans qualified in two events.
Mallory Crowder won both the pole vault (8-6) and the 100-meter hurdles (20:00). Alex Russell took first in the triple jump (29-7½) and second in the long jump (13-6½).
Haley Smith swept to victory in both the 1600 (6:28.78) and the 3200 (14:30.35) while Amber Early was second in the 100 (13:28) and the 200 (28:34).
Other second-place finishers included Jordan Bohannon in the shot put (30-6½), Allyson Quinn in the pole vault (6-0), Molly Rodgers in the 400 (1:06.28), Beth Scott in the 100 hurdles (20:44) and Lindsay Wiles in the 800 (3:04.19).
Gordon Lee also will send two teams in the 4x100 relay and one team in the 4x400 relay.
Kelley wins 3200 in Region 7-AA
LaFayettes Sarah Lee Kelley finished in 12:44 and won the 3200 at the Region 7-AA meet at Pepperell.
The senior was the only LaFayette athlete to qualify for the Class AA state meet next month in Albany.
Rockmart won the meet with 87 points with Darlington (81), Temple (79), Adairsville (52) and Pepperell (41) rounding out the top five.
LaFayette was ninth overall with 19 points.
Northwest wins in Region 7-AAAA
The Lady Bruins finished with 102 points to win the region title while Ringgold (99) and Gordon Central (90.5) rounded out the top three. Ridgeland did not compete in the region meet.
The boys' region meets will be held next week
