The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Department, during July 10-16, answered 1,520 calls, including 70 that were booked on a total of 120 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Daniel Joshua Hales, 21, of 2882 Old Britain Circle, Chattanooga Tenn., was arrested on July 12, and charged with driving under the influence, failure to obey traffic control device, battery family violence act, and criminal damage to property. Hales was released on an $8,500 bond.

Donald Eugene Drummey, 48, of 203 Shannon Circle, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested on July 13, and charged with driving while unlicensed, and possession of stolen property. Bond has been set at $5500.

Robert Harvey Maupin, 43, of Mack Smith Road, East Ridge, Tenn., was arrested on July 13, and charged with obstruction, and theft by bringing stolen property into the state. Bond has been set at $7500.

Wayne Maxwell McClure, 43, of 32 Shade Tree Road, Dawsonville, was arrested on July 13, and charged with probation violation.

Roy Robert Johnson, 42, of 147 Michael Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on July 13, and charged with rape, incest, aggravated child molestation, and aggravated sodomy.

Roger Allen Ray, 60, of 3936 Miller Drive NE, Dalton, was arrested on July14, and charged with theft by conversion, and destruction, removal, or concealment of property subject to security. Allen was released on a $7,500 bond.

Bobby Lewis Elkins, 23, of 315 Nawaka Ave., Rossville, was arrested on July 14, and charged with possession of Schedule IV drugs, and possession of Marijuana less than one ounce. Bond has been set at $6,500.

Robert Lewis Miles, 24, of 115 Colony Circle, Rossville, was arrested on July 14, and charged with possession of Schedule IV drugs, and carrying a concealed weapons. Miles was released on a$5,500 bond.

Mark Iva Morgan, 44, of 613 Smyrna Ranhurst, Chatsworth, was arrested on July 14, and charged with probation violation.

Monica Lynn Millsaps, 37, of 108 Millsaps Lane, Rock Spring, was arrested on July 14, and charged with forgery. Bond has been set at $3,500.

David Michael Wright, 46, of 950 E Valley Drive, Rossville, was arrested on July 14, and charged with probation violation. Wright was released on a $5,000 bond.

Dustin Edward Bowling, 18, of 367 Gray Road, Lookout Mtn, was arrested on July 16, and charged with forgery in the first degree. Bowling was released on an OR bond.

Kerry Lynn Arnold, 29, of 799 Underwood Road, McMinnville, was arrested on July 16, and charged with probation violation.

Jamie Shawn Cook, 25, of 367 Stancil Road, Rossville, was arrested on July 16, and charged with entering an auto.

Danny Wayne Folston, 25, of 56 Longview Dr., Cleveland, was arrested on July 16, and charged with probation violation.
