The following real estate sale statistics are for Jan. 1, 2012 through Dec. 31, 2012 in northwest Georgia counties. These states are based off of the properties that are being marketed for sale in the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors multiple listing service only. These stats do not include all real estate sales for the month.

Based on the above stats, there was an increase in the total number of sales for 2012 compared to 2011 of 1,321. There was also an increase in the total dollar sales for 2012 compared to 2011 of $135,019,217.
