The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during March 23-29, answered 1,254 calls, including 74 that were booked on a total of 149 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Ryan Todd Carbaugh, 26, of 773 Salem Road, Rossville, was arrested March 23, for a probation violation.

Christopher Alan Glover, 34, of 683 Dillion Drive, Douglasville, was arrested March 23, for two counts of issuance of bad checks. Glover was released on $4,000 bond.

Robert Jason Jones, 33, of 4287 W Marble Top Road, Chickamauga, was arrested March 23, for a probation violation.

Billy Jan Skiles II, 25, of 18 S Lynn Circle, Rossville, was arrested March 23, for a probation violation.

Steven Scott Howard, 28, of 613 Garden Farm Road, Rossville, was arrested March 24, for failure to register as a sex offender and hold for Walker County sheriff’s office. Howard was released on $5,000 bond and turned over to Walker County Sheriff’s office.

Jeffery Matthew King, 26, of 243 Lytle Road, Rossville, was arrested March 24, for theft by taking. King was released on $5,000 bond.

Warren Perry Houck, 33, of 72 Arbour Mill Lane, Ringgold, was arrested March 25, for fugitive from justice and hold for Hamilton County Sheriff’s office, Tenn. Houck was released to the custody of Hamilton County Sheriff’s office after waiving extradition.

Matthew Clayton Biddle, 36, of 1272 Jackson Hill Road, Hermitage, Tenn. was arrested March 26, for a probation violation and four counts of issuance of bad checks.

George Gary Hendricks, 39, of 1602 Baggett Road, Ringgold, was arrested March 26, for serious injury by vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, weaving, seatbelt violation and driving on wrong side of roadway. Hendricks was released on $7,000 bond.

Christopher Brian Royal, 38, of 65 Swan Drive, Rock Springs, was arrested March 26, for theft by receiving stolen property, probation violation and a parole violation.

Gaynell Evans, 53, of 48 Adkins Road, Ringgold, was arrested March 27, for possession of marijuana more than one ounce. Evans was released on $10,000 bond.

James Jason Johnson, 31, of 1145 Chippewah Drive, East Ridge, Tenn. was arrested March 27, for a probation violation.

Ashley Travis Moore, 31, of 227 Karen Drive, Ringgold, was arrested March 27, for a parole violation.

Christopher Lee Allen, 32, of 283 High St., Ringgold, was arrested March 28, for a probation violation.

Garrett Spencer Bittenbender, 35, of 100 Holy Drive, East Ridge, Tenn. was arrested March 28, for terroristic threats and acts and harassing phone calls.

James Mitchell Coley, 28, of 8022 Hwy 11 South, Rising Fawn, was arrested March 28, for two counts of burglary and false report of a crime.

Amy Lauren Ensley, 25, of 330 Camp Jordan Road, East Ridge, Tenn. was arrested March 28, for a probation violation, obstruction of law enforcement officers, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, too fast for conditions, weaving, improper lane change, driving without valid license, operation of a vehicle without valid tag, bond surrender for probation violation, bond surrender for too fast for conditions, bond surrender for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, bond surrender for leaving the scene of an accident, bond surrender for proof of insurance required and bond surrender for weaving.

Jacob Brickley Forster, 25, of 48 Stuart Road, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested March 28, for burglary. Bond has been set at $5,000.

Stacey Lynn Hall, 32, of 115 Young Road, Soddy Daisy, Tenn. was arrested March 28, for a probation violation.

Brian Haskins, 39, of 11 Bragg Circle, Rossville, was arrested March 28, for a probation violation, theft by taking, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving on revoked or suspended license, weaving, driving on the wrong side of roadway, too fast for conditions, fleeing or attempting to elude, speeding and obedience to traffic control devices.

Charles Adam Mooney, 23, of 162 Cross St., Rossville, was arrested March 28, for a probation violation.

Lebrondia Foote Moore, 52, of 100 Michael Drive, Ringgold, was arrested March 28, for theft by taking and hold for Muskogee County Sheriff’s office. Bond has been set at $5,000.

Terry Nathan Truelove, 33, of 182 McOtis Drive, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested March 28, for cruelty to children first degree and simple battery under the family violence act. Truelove was released on $3,000 bond.

James Robert Walker, 26, of 368 Hwy 151 Lafayette, was arrested March 28, for a probation violation.

Adam Keith Winters, 38, of 164 April Drive, Ringgold, was arrested March 28, for terroristic threats and acts and public drunk. Bond has been set at $2,000.

Dominique Shontay Fitch, 19, of 2217 E 27th St., Chattanooga, Tenn. was arrested March 29, for theft by shoplifting. Bond has been set at $2,500.

Richard Eugene Reaves, 54, of 65 Cow Trail, Tunnel Hill, was arrested March 29, for child molestation, incest and rape.

Quanisha Michelle Sheppard, 25, of 325 W 38th St., Chattanooga, Tenn. was arrested March 29, for theft by shoplifting. Bond has been set at $2,500.

Tiffany Denise Slayton, 22, of 286 Water St., Chattanooga, Tenn. was arrested March 29, for theft by shoplifting. Bond has been set at $2,500.

Cheryl Nicole Wilson, 29, of 1264 Burnt Mill Road, Flintstone, was arrested March 29, for bond surrenders for theft by shoplifting and possession of Schedule II drugs. Bond has been set at $6,000.
