Tiffany Rose Lynn became the bride of Matthew John Ceccotti during a ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011. Rev. Larry Summerour performed the wedding at Elizabeth Lee United Methodist Church in Chickamauga. The date held a special meaning for the newlyweds as it marked their fifth year of being together. The parents of the couple, Charles and Susan Lynn and Russell and Patricia Ceccotti, were full of joy to see the pair become forever united.

Joanna Solberg, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Erin Ceccotti, Crickett Ceccotti and Stephanie Gordon were bridesmaids. Caitlin Ceccotti, the groom’s niece, was the flower girl with Jackson Gordon, the groom’s godson, as the ring bearer. Robert Gordon acted as the best man. Groomsmen were Adam Ceccotti, Christian Ceccotti, Michael Bergheimer and Andy Cross. The bride’s brothers, Justin, Todd and David Lynn, were ushers, along with the groom’s close friends, Jason Hughes and Brandon Harris. Special music was performed by Stephanie Harris as she sang Steven Curtis Chapman’s “I Will Be Here”.

The bride wore a candlelight white satin gown with scalloped lace trim and chapel-length train. This A-line design had a pleated sash cinching the waist, while the overskirt revealed more lace detailing at the floor of the gown. The bridesmaid’s knee-length, dark purple dresses were beautiful backdrops for their hand-tied white rose bouquets. The groom and groomsmen wore black suits with faint pinstripes. The mothers both wore tea-length purple dresses, one with a pearl string accenting the jacket, and the other with light-catching stripes throughout the dress.

A reception was held immediately following the ceremony in the adjoining Fellowship Hall. Ginny and Bob Hall, of Crossroads Café & Catering in Chattanooga, had prepared a beautiful buffet for the guests to enjoy, featuring their signature smoked turkey. The couple selected Celtic hymns to be played during the reception in tribute to their Italian and Irish heritage. The groom’s dessert was a New York Yankee themed chocolate cake, with Kahlua flavored filling. After their honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico, the couple lives in Chattanooga, while they search locally for the perfect home.
