Christopher Douglas Pursley, 17, of 520 Kenny Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 28, for statutory rape. Pursely was released on a $10,000 bond.

Codi Cecila Allison, 24, of 4634 Sable Drive Chattanooga, Tenn. was arrested Jan. 28, for a bench warrant for theft by conversion.

Shonica Nicola Jackson, 24, of 461 Old Dixie Way, Forrest Park, was arrested Jan. 28, for a probation violation. Jackson was released on her own recognizance.

Erick Ray Breneman, 34, of 60 Willow Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 28, for a parole violation.

Seth Andrew Cannon, 22, of 216 Park Canyon Road, Dalton, was arrested Jan. 29, for attempt or conspiracy to commit sale of marijuana. Cannon was released on a $5,000 bond.

James Christopher Middleton, 46, of 2474 Boynton Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 30, for a probation violation.

Stephen Jay Baugh, 46, of 2614 Poplar Springs Road, Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 30, for a probation violation and failure to register as a sex offender.

Ronnie Alton Butler, 40, of 3926 Peavine Road. Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 31, for attempt or conspiracy to commit sale of marijuana.

Lisa Michelle Gearhart, 22, 252 Nawaka Ave., Rossville, was arrested Jan. 31, for bond surrender for manufacturing methamphetamine. Gearhart was released on a $40,000 bond.

Lisa Michelle Shaver, 31, of 3926 Peavine Road, Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 31, for attempt or conspiracy to commit sale of marijuana and two counts of sale of marijuana.

David Adrian Martin, 41, of 844 Millers Cove Road, Signal Mountain, was arrested Feb. 1, for a probation violation.

Kelsey Darlene Creek, 17, of 2945 Davis Ridge Road Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 1, for possession of a Schedule II drug, drugs to be kept in original container and battery. Creek was released on an $11,000 bond.

Amira Abubaker Eshlibi, 37, of 1200 Poplar Street Chattanooga, Tenn. was arrested Feb. 1, for theft by taking. Eshlibi was released on a $5,000 bond.

Brandon Lee Beene, 27, of 4005 Bannett Road, East Ridge, Tenn. was arrested Feb. 2, for a probation violation.

Bradley Scott Kotrba, 30, of 1018 Colorado Drive, Dalton, was arrested Feb. 2, for issuance of bad checks. Kotrba was released on a $5,000 bond.

Mason Michael Igou, 31, of 4005 Clio Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn. was arrested Feb. 2, for a bench warrant for burglary.

Jeffery Neiki Mayes, 33, of 1901 Barrett Road, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Feb. 2, for possession of Schedule III drugs and a probation violation.

Jackie Lynn Phillips, 43, of 64 Cactus Lane Tunnel Hill, was arrested Feb. 2, for failure to register as a sex offender and a parole violation.

George Edward Stephens, 35, of 48 Robert Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 2, for a parole violation.

Robert Michael Barker, 40, of 2191 County Line Road, Rock Springs, was arrested Feb. 2, for two counts of financial transaction card fraud. Barker was released on a $7,000 bond.

Brandi Michelle Byerly, 21, of 3 Canary Lane, Rossville, was arrested Feb. 3, for sale of a Schedule II drug, two counts of attempt or conspiracy to sale Schedule II drugs and two counts of issuance of bad checks.

Billy Lee Hayes, 29, of 146 Bills Stewart Road, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 3, for a probation violation.

Richard Lee King, 40, of 106 2nd St., Rossville, was arrested Feb. 3, for possession of a Schedule II Drug and a parole violation.

Jarvis Jermaine Washington, 23, of 61 Hatfield Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 3, for failure to register as a sex offender and a probation violation.

Ashley Nicole Brandon, 27, of 162 Jones Road Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 3, for theft by receiving stolen property. Brandon was released on $5,000 bond.

Michelle Lynn Mathews, 42, of 5175 Long Hollow Road, Rock Springs, was arrested Feb. 3, for forgery 2nd degree. Mathews was released on a $2,500 bond.

Donald Heath McDonald, 39, of 1-A Skyline Heights Drive, LaFayette, was arrested Feb. 3, for two counts of possession of Schedule IV drugs, driving under the influence of drugs, driving on the wrong side of roadway, drugs to be kept in original container, seatbelt violation, driving while unlicensed and weaving. McDonald was released on a $15,500 bond.
