Cassandra Lively, 18, of 801 17th St., Cleveland, Tenn. was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with underage consumption and driving wrong way.

Mathew Adams, 17, of 43 Homewood Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with shoplifting.
