The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during Oct. 26-Nov. 1, answered 1,680 calls, including 80 that were booked on a total of 145 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

April Michelle Bailey, 33, of 15187 Rawkin Ave., Dunlap, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 26 for terroristic threats and acts. Bailey was released on $5,000 bond.

Roy Lee Galloway Jr., 30, of 27 Oak Court, Rossville, was arrested Oct. 26 for probation violation.

Justin Kyle Hawk, 23, of 1830 Fant Drive, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Oct. 26 for parole violation, seatbelt violation and hold for Dade County Sheriff’s office.

Billy Lee Hayes, 31, of 146 Bill Stewart Road, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 26 for possession of Schedule III drugs and drugs to be kept in original container. Hayes was released on $7,500 bond.

Kimberly Lynn Rushing, 40, of 1920 E 31st St., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 26 for sale of Schedule II drugs and sale of Schedule IV drugs.

Andy Goodwin Clark, 38, of 100 Vice Lane Blountsville, Ala., was arrested Oct. 27 for probation violation.

Maranda Nicole Fowler, 31, of 1415 Chadwick Drive, Dalton, was arrested Oct. 27 for aggravated assault and burglary first degree. Fowler was released on $10,000 bond.

Tina Marie Mosteller, 32, of 282 Ardis Loop, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 27 for aggravated assault and burglary first degree. Mosteller was released on $10,000 bond.

Billy Joe Nichols, 38, of 63 McLemore Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 27 for two counts of aggravated child molestation and two counts of aggravated sexual battery.

Brad Harold Pickard, 36, of 129 Clydesdale Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 27 for probation violation and driving without valid license.

Jackie Monroe Seay Jr., 28 of 1415 Chadwick Drive, Dalton, was arrested Oct. 27 for aggravated assault, burglary first degree and terroristic threats and acts. Seay was released on $15,000 bond.

Thomas Andrew Seay, 31 of 1415 Chadwick Drive, Dalton, was arrested Oct. 27 for aggravated assault and burglary first degree Seay was released on $10,000 bond.

Mary Elizabeth Ford, 28, of 431 Misty Ridge Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 28 for five counts of forgery first degree. Ford was released on $17,500 bond.

Cecylia Renee Bartlett, 39, of 95291 Bershire Road, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 29 for probation violation.

Ronnie Dale Crouch, 32, of 4103 Woodland Drive, Ooltewah, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 29 for probation violation.

Justin Daniel Hostetler, 37, of 380 Martin Luther King Blvd, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 29 for probation violation.

Dustin Keith Williams, 26, of 5 Steele St., Lafayette, was arrested Oct. 29 for manufacturing marijuana and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers. Williams was released on $6,000 bond.

Curtis Edward Hammontree, 32, of 354 Massengale Road, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 30 for probation violation.

David Scott Martin, 52, of 913 State Line Road, East Ridge, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 30 for possession of Schedule IV drugs, drugs to be kept in original container, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and weaving. Bond has been set at $10,000.

Ruben Vaughn Satterfield, 23, of 326 Flagstone Drive, Rossville, was arrested Oct. 30 for probation violation.

Bobby Eugene Gardner, 60, of 248 Misty Meadow Drive South, Pittsburg, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 31 for a bench warrant for issuance of bad checks.

Keith Paul Silva, 38, of 4605 Loftwood Drive, Cohutta, was arrested Oct. 31 for theft by shoplifting. Silva was released on $2,500 bond.

Lewis Clark Snider, 43, of 18 Bright Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 31 for probation violation.

Sheena Rashay Smith, 29, of 164 Shawnce Drive, Dayton, Tenn., was arrested Nov. 1 for possession of Schedule III drugs with intent to distribute, driving on revoked or suspended license and speeding.
